I want someone to call me to resolve issues on my bill

I NEED SOMEONE TO CALL ME BECAUSE I HAVE TRIED TO SEND IN A CANCELLATION FOR THE PREMIUM CHANNELS ON MY DIRECTV SERVICE AND I KEEP GETTING BILLED FOR IT. I TRIED TO CANCEL THIS BACK IN EARLY FEBRUARY. I ALSO TRIED TO DISPUTE THE PAYPERVIEW MOVIE THAT IS ON MY BILL AND NEVER GOT ANY RESULTS. THE DAY THAT IT SHOWS IT WAS BOUGHT NOBODY WAS AT HOME. WE WERE EITHER AT WORK OR KIDS WITH GRANDMA. PLEASE CALL ME SO WE CAN RESOLVE THIS MATTER.

Nobody will call you as that is not how customer support works. You call them, not the other way around.
