I was told by a direct TV rep that my services was not going to be turned off until may 30 or I was told to the end of may

My services got turned off when I was told by a direct TV rep that my services was not going to be turned off until the end of may. But it got shut off Monday midnight. After being a 20 plus year customer, part of it u all should realize is the pandemic that is going on on people that have lost their jobs or hours of work.

If you are past due the bill will show a service interruption date. As pay TV is entertainment, not an essential service, the pandemic does not give it an extension.

When past due you can call and see if you might be able to set up a payment arrangement to give a little more time, but historically that would be a matter of days not about an entire month.

Sorry but sounds like that agent misinformed you. Their different TV services do not get protection from interruption, only services that are considered essential for working from home, job searching, etc.
