AT&T sold off 30% of DTV and no longer handles the day to day operations.

AT&T split DirecTV (and the other TV services) off back into their own entity. The new co-owner handles the daily work now.
And fix what exactly? Whatever technical issues or programming concerns you have would be unrelated to any "breach". The "subject" is only the problem so much as you weren't very clear on what you're asking about fixing. Got to be specific as we are not mind readers.

If anything, then probably your MyAT&T login might be compromised. Just change your password for any of your AT&T online profiles (memberID's or affiliate AT&T emails, like sbcglobal.net/bellsouth.net/att.net/etc) and add a backup email to your AT&T online profile

There was no data breach yesterday AFAIK, so not sure what is being referred to. There was an AT&T Data Breach last week though.

@RRS1945
If you want help/guidance on getting a fix for your issues, you actually have to tell people what they are.
So do you want help or was this just a half thought out complaint about 'something'?
