Issue with gift card of $225

I signed up with AT& I was rewarded a $225 gift card for Walmart in addition I also a received a$100 Visa Card. I had $70.79 on my Walmart gift card. I thought I didnt have enough to get the Kitchen Island so I added $40 on the gift card you sent me so now the Walmart balance $110.79. Later I tried order the kitchen island online but it was cancelled online I didnt worry about it because around that time we (us) the people going thru this Corono Virus crisis so I told at several stores were not recieving any delieveries that was the early stage of thhe Virus.

I just want a replacement card in the remaining amount of $110.79 I still want my Island. I dont know what the problem is but it seems to me that it was lost trying to order online and they didnt replace my money. Please help me call me @ [edited] or email me [email scrubbed] or text me after 10:30am

the store that charged you the money needs to replace it not at&t, you cant expect at&t to send you a replacement card with a balance when you spent it and didnt receive the product or your refund, plus its a walmart gift card it has nothing to do with at&t
