JUST MY THOUGHT

I do feel bad for customers who always depend on discounts. Like the ones who will just call to ask for it feeling like they are entitled to every discount in the world. Shame on those people who cant even make sacrifices to rightsize so that they can save permanently. Just sayin'

I respect people can fall on hard times. Calling and asking if they can get a discount or see what other options are available is fair.

Relying on discounts to afford the service, or just badgering agents because you feel you "deserve" them or are otherwise entitled, is just wrong. Comes down to that pay TV is entertainment, not a life requirement. Don't treat it like water, electricity, rent, etc. If you cannot afford it without discounts, then you cannot afford it and as the consumer it is your responsibility to make changes that fit your comfortable budget.

Had to chime in as have seen too many posts in the forum over the years, as well as live conversations, where people cannot understand an entertainment company does not owe them charity.
