Limit access to pay per view

Yes use the parental controls to setup price limits or set to 0 to prevent the remote from buying PPV, you can also set rating limits and other things then lock it with a 4 digit code.  This has to be done to each receiver.

Lock each receiver to prevent ippv (remote control ordering) and put a password on the account to prevent oppv (online, phone, text)
