Lower Bill or Cancel Service

I would like to see if there are any options so that I can lower my bill, but if not a last resort would be to cancel my service.

the only way to lower your bill is to lower your package remove premium channels and remove some boxes,

Call DirecTV to make changes. This is a forum of other customers so there is no account access here.

 

Review your channels and see if a lower costing package would be a better fit. Certainly ask about any discounts, but be prepared there may not be any. Discounts are a temporary perk, not a way to keep the bill affordable.

 

Agents will probably offer an upgrade of equipment as well, but before considering I would post back with the models of your boxes. Just to be sure you get the setup best for you, as not all upgrades are equal for everyone.
