Loyalty Department unprofessional

Spoke with Megan in the loyalty department and she let her cat wail into the phone until I asked whose cat is dying. VERY unprofessional. If you’re going to hire people to work from home they need to separate home life and business life

That is the entire problem with work-from-home. Most people don't have their own personal office or space free from life (pets, family, friends, visitors, etc.). Unknown of their home situation if they could separate the cat during their work times or not. And telling a cat to be quiet doesn't work.

 

If they did nothing to discourage their cat, that is an issue. Be glad when they open all their call centers back up to get a more focused work environment again.
