How is possible Direct TV is charging me money for rent of service of the second receiver if the Primary has been disconnected months ago? Somebody could give me an email account for this department and a number of services, please. Most important the email of Direct tv account. Thanks!

Unless you call DTV to deactivate a receiver(s) you will be charged for them, DTV doesn't know or cares if you are using them or not it is a subscription service. DTV doesn't use email for support.

DirecTV does not rent any equipment. The monthly cost is the same if it is 'leased', or an older one owned by you. You pay for the services of the account.
If you have 2 receivers and deactivate the one that is marked "primary", then the remaining receiver becomes the primary. So deactivating the "primary" does not cancel the account.
If you mean you physically disconnected (unplugged) it, then DirecTV would not know. Satellite is a one-way transmission. They don't know if you are using it or not. It is up to you to call them to deactivate the box or fully close the account.
To discuss the account, you have to call DirecTV. There is not support by email.
