My bank shows a payment that DIRECTV has lost

My bank shows a payment to Direct tv on 3/12/2021 of 188.33. I have proof of payment. Transmission I d 79. From First Financial. Bank . My account # (Edited to remove personal information). 

I received a past due notice from you today.
