Need a Supervisor located in the US
Since August, there has been an incorrect charge to my DirecTV bill. I called August 3rd, was told it would be removed, was credited and life moved on. September 3rd my new bill comes out. So I called, spent 2 hours on the phone with a manager "Ivey" located in Montana, who assured me the charge had been reversed and the item had been canceled so it would not hit my bill again. October 3rd, same dang charge hit my account.
I am now furious that I have spent so much time on the phone with people who cannot seem to manage a simple task. They are fine at reversing the charge, but why does it keep showing up?
I want someone with real authority who knows what they heck they are doing, to call me and fix this one last time. I have been a customer for 13 years and I have never experienced such bad customer service. DirecTV used to be amazing to talk to and now it's complete garbage. I am so frustrated, especially since I pay so much money.
Any thoughts/suggestions?

I have a similar issue. Ordered new Genie equipment for 3 tv's. Bill comes with 5 tv's connected. their own system shows 3 genies but the bill keeps showing 5. Bill credited but next month is the same thing. 3 months now. incompetence or just a stupid system?
