Need AT&T Help

How do I contact AT&T to resolve the sign in problem?

iPhone works but desktop has not worked for over a week.  The similar problem I found when searching the forum has been closed with essentially not exactly these words but "we are not an AT&T affiliated group/employees.  We don't provide one-on-one help."

I'm not sure how I got associated with the DirecTV forum but it doesn't matter.  I turned off VPN and was able to access my email.  Wish I'd thought of that days ago and why it became a problem after working for so long, but my problem is solved, at least for now.

I'd still love to know how to contact AT&T for help.

This Is the Directv Satellite forum you need to post in the AT&T forum for help from AT&T.  As we are all customers of Directv here. This is a link to the AT&T Forum.

If you need help with an AT&T product or service (internet, email, account, etc.) then to contact AT&T you CALL THEM. The same if you need to contact the DirecTV side for help with their service (AT&T owned, but a new co-owner is managing those services now).

These forums are for customer to customer discussion, not official help. If you wish to discuss with others about the AT&T side, then post in that forum. The only way to be "associated" with the DirecTV forum, is you chose to post here. You don't get moved from one to the other.
