Need to speak with chat help desk but button does work

 Need to speak with chat help desk but button does work on app or web.

Have ultimate package but am paying 193 monthly and not receiving any premium channels except showtime.

Are you expecting more premium channels in the Ultimate Package?

Showtime is an add-on. Ultimate package includes the Encore channels, even if you don't have Starz. You also get The Movie Channel (TMC) East/West even if you didn't have Showtime.

It is Premier that has all 5 premium packs (HBO, Starz, Showtime, Cinemax, and the Sports Pack). Also Hallmark Movies & Mysteries that is normally part of the Movies Extra Pack (also in Select, Entertainment, and Preferred Xtra).
