New Customer - switch from Cox
If I want to switch from Cox to Directv, is there a trial period for say the first 1 month?
If I cancel during that initial month, do I have to pay anything?

Sorry, no. Directv does not offer trial periods. You have something like 1 day to cancel, after that the ETF kicks in. If you do order service, the order will spell out how long you have to cancel.

You only have 24 hours from install to cancel before the 24 month service agreement is secured. And service is not free, you still pay for the 1st month of service as it is not prorated.
