NFL ticket

I am a business owner. I have the NFL ticket. It is not working. ive been on hold for an hour. My customers have left.

Sorry to hear that. Keep trying to get through. This is a public forum of other customers.

 

I would try a red button reset and perhaps www.directv.com/refresh to refresh your authorizations.

 

If that doesn't work, and you still are trying to get through, please provide details. What happens? (symptoms, error message, etc.). Model of each box? Is this all boxes? When you log into your account does it show you have the NFL Sunday Ticket?
