No return boxes received

I canceled my Directv service on 7-18.  I received a reminder notice to return equipment but have not received any boxes or return labels.  What can I do?

The notice is usually not specific to the equipment you have, just a general reminder to send back any returnable equipment. What are the model numbers of each of your boxes?

 

If returnable, you take to a participating FedEx or UPS store (not USPS) for the free return. This is a full store, not a kiosk. Just have your account number and make sure to get receipt showing they took the boxes. If over 10 miles away from a participating shipper, then DirecTV uses the old method of sending you a prepaid return kit.

You can take your equipment to a local UPS Store or Fedex office without boxes and we can scan the receivers and you can return them that way. It has to be an actual store or office and not a kiosk
