No service for hurricane Dorian. Att cares?????

AT&T talks about how they know communication is important and they care.  In reality that is not true.  I'm a new customer to Direct TV. They will let me watch shows on the app but when I called and told them I'm in the hurricane path and need local channels to see the news they told me "we understand but we can't let you view local channels until your service is confirmed complete". Another person at AT&T told me they could do it with supervisor approval but they would not do it because of policy.  I see how much they care!!
