No way to contact

Customer service , if they answer, may or may not speak English.  If they do, they still can’t solve your problem.  Chat bot is actually a joke they put on to frustrate you.  Thank god they are losing the football package so I can drop them in January.

There’s no proof they are losing NFLST. YES, the contract expires next year. HOWEVER, that certainly doesn’t mean DIRECTV is not going to get it back again.

What issue are you currently having with your service? What number are you calling? The number to call is in my greeting below. Also, the use of online chat is highly discouraged because most agents have no clue what they are talking about and often pass on wrong info.

@2278abc

Sorry but you are reading rumors or misunderstanding info. At this time DirecTV is NOT losing the agreement for the NFL Sunday Ticket.

What is happening is the agreement is comming up, meaning they go into their negotiations as they do so every time. They work what the deal will be going forward.

What is new is that the NFL was looking into possibly having a streaming option in addition to the esclusive agreement with DirecTV. This is a consideration, not a confirmed option just yet.

You will need to wait for any future anouncements from the NFL and/or DirecTV for the actual facts. Only then will we know what they have decided on for the 2023 season going forward. If you drop them before the facts are in, you may just shoot yourself in the foot if they keep the exclusive agreement as they have.

What is the "problem" you were calling DirecTV about in the first place? Perhaps experienced users can provide guidance.
