No YouTube apps, No ABC, No ESPN
This is the worst cable service we have had in 25 yrs. We moved here 3 months ago and had very little to choose from as far as cable tv. This is just such a bad situation I think I’m going to contact the BBB tomorrow to see if they can hold me to a contract I didn’t sign for 2 yrs. and just found out I have. When they are not providing the service that we agreed to.

DTV satellite is not a cable company. When you signed the work order you also agreed to the TOS just like everyone else. DTV is still providing you with sat channels so they are fulfilling their end of the commitment.
Read the TOS that states channels and programming are subject to change at anytime.
AFAIK Disney doesn't have anything to do with Youtube so don't know why you can't access it.

Since DTV is not an ISP why would they know why your internet can't access Youtube?

DirecTV is satellite TV, not cable. But yes it is still a pay TV provider.
All intro offers, as well as later upgrades of equipment, come with a 24 month service agreement. That is in the Terms of Service (ToS), the fine print of the offer, and would have been on the handheld that was signed to complete the install. This is how DirecTV has been setup for 20+ years, so doubt BBB would make you an exception.
YouTube has had nothing to do with DirecTV for years. Ever since YouTube launched their own TV subscription service, they have been a competitor.
DirecTV would be providing the service you agreed to. There is no guarantee of any channels always being available. They don't own the channels, so carriage negotiations or disputes can come up. This is true of all TV providers, which include a clause in their ToS that channels/programming may change at any time.
It is unfortunate that Disney pulled all channels they own, or have the rights to through their affiliation agreements, but that is how carriage negotiations go sometimes. Disney is trying to get a better rate paid to them, DirecTV attempting to keep or lower costs they pay. Both are working to get the best deal they can.
In the end which do you think works more in your favor, getting channels back quicker with further increased costs just accepted or waiting a bit of time (hopefully not extremely long) to minimize that cost impact? Personally I would rather wait as tired of Disney or other giant content owners demanding higher costs that result in driving up the bills each year.
