Offer letter not valid😡

Called about a month ago to resolve a billing issue, spent 2 hours on the phone transferred 7 times, mostly to foreigners that I could not understand. Out of complete frustration I said just cancel everything due to no solution! 4 days ago receive an email offering discounts if I return and activate service. Spent 3 hours on the phone today and chat,

transferred multiple times to only be told they would not honor the offer!!

Unbelievable, why send an offer to only waste my time and become even more disappointed with DIRECTV and internet.

Now to search for a better company to offer services elsewhere.

where can I file a formal complaint against At&t directv

AT&T sold off 30% of DTV and the new partner is handling the day to day operations.

So are you saying the partner is not validating AT&T’s offers?

That letter isn't very specific. Is the offer for your internet bill, satellite bill, or both?

Are you calling AT&T Support or DirecTV Support? They're different phone numbers.

At some point it's time to just file a BBB complaint. Nobody here can help you with this. Sorry.

I’ve called numerous numbers, constantly transferred to loyalty dept and collections still with no one seeming to understand.
what would be the best # to call.
planing to file with fcc and bbb.
but in the meantime what other internet companies are comparable with high speed in Georgia.

You should be calling the number on the offer letter, which is the AT&T Support number. And when you call, say "cancel" at the voice prompt. That usually connects with a more experienced support rep.

I have no idea about other internet service providers in your area. Sorry.

Sorry but that is not a valid offer. A 50% off past due has been a known scam from those pretending to be from the company.
