office of the president
Was in contact with Marcia in the Office of the President over the terrible customer service and getting new wireless box. There was a problem with the boxes I have as the numbers weren't on the list for some reason. She was going to look into this and call me back. That was over a week ago..I have called every day and left a message on her voice mail to no avail...Do not know what is going on. I did write a letter to the President Mr. Morrow and will be waiting for a reply. I did send copies of e mails I have. I do have a list of names of all the people I've spoken with..This is ridiculous with this customer service. I am a long time customer and pay a lot of money each month. Should not be treated this way..Someone must look into this..Hopefully someone reads these forums..

This is a customer to customer forum, not official support. The official contact is simply the moderators or a small "help" team, many of which have questionable knowledge.
Either deal with the contact you were provided or do a BBB complaint that notifies the corporate level in general. I wouldn't expect much from a letter directly to their President as dealing with customers is the purview of other employees.

Forum is read by other customers and the rest of the general public. Not impossible the "help" team might respond, but I would be very cautious on their information. And of course if you were already dealing with corporate that would be above their level anyway.

Can you believe I still have not been responded to. Also just had another issue with billing and customer service. 2 days in a row...My wife thinks they just want to screw with me..They are doing a good job..

There has to be a way to contact these people to speak to someone in a high position that will answer and act on issues..

To contact corporate, also referred to as Office of the President (OOP), you file a BBB complaint or use the contact info they provided if you were already in contact with them.
If you mean the forum "help" team, then you reply to the Direct Message (DM) that was sent you.
Both corporate and the forum "help" team make the decision if they reach out to you first. They are not set to get contact from you directly, until a dialogue is already opened. To contact official support directly, the option is to call customer support as normal.

I also spoke with Marcia about a big problem that I am STILL having with dtv. She has not responded back as of yet. It has been three weeks going on 4. She gave me her contact info and told me to call her if the problems are not taken care of. Well, guess what??? It was not and I have been calling and leaving messages ever since. The problems are worse !!!! I will contact BBB again!
