Outstanding balance

Hey

I’m a sales rep emailing on behalf of Maria keesee, she wants your service but doesn’t think she has to pay the outstanding balance of $135.83 due to past misunderstandings. Is there any way we can waive that balance, so she can try direct tv again.

Thank you

Sam

That's exactly what a bunch of us have been trying to get across to the higher-ups! If you don't know, just who the (Edited per community guidelines) does?

@Samdma

Unless there is an actual billing error, then DirecTV historically doesn't waive outstanding balances as a courtesy. Especially if it might be to collections where they no longer own the balance.

She will need to call DirecTV to discuss anything she still owes as this is just a public forum (there is not a email support option), not customer support.
