Over charged
Ok so I just talked to a Andy. S about my account and found out that I got over charged for my taxes and I stated that they over charged me and he said that there is nothing can be done. I asked him what they do with the extra taxe money when the taxes should only be 2 to 3 dollars for state taxes not 20 I stated what yall keep it he said yes so everyone should watch there Bill's they might over charge you for your taxes and Bill's.

There may be more taxes than just sales tax. Depends where you live. Also depends if you had anything like NFL Sunday Ticket which some areas tax more.
Check your local tax laws including communication or satellite taxes. You can also try calling DirecTV again. Historically they could see taxes charged of specific items on the bill to see where the jump is from, but unknown if they have this same capability in the new billing system they have been migrating to this year.
