Over Charged

Direct TV,

I've been in Direct TV (Edited per community guidelines) these past few months for a charge that isn't mine. I've spent 15 hours on the phone and NO ONE seems to be able to help. The standard operating practices is just transferring me or hanging up. A charge for $396 on April 14th isn't my charge.

Please call me, email me or read the notes that plenty of customer service people have left.

this is a customer forum not directv, they wont read the post and they don't call you ,you need to keep calling them. whats the charge for?

What does your bill say the charge is for? I would review for any one-time charges, such as for equipment.
