Promise of Credit on Billing
I have Centurylink/Direct TV and AT & T for cell service. I was suppose to receive a $25 credit on my AT & T bill promo code 4Q17TVPROMO. When I called AT & T on 4/22/2020, they had me talk with Direct TV. After three transfers to different people, I was told they would reinstate the credit of $25.00 on my AT & T bill plus give me an additional $25 credit on my Direct TV/Centurylink bill. Neither of those happened.
My AT & T account is [EDITED] and my Centurylink/Direct TV is [EDITED]. I have been with DirectTV since 2013 and my bill is too high. Please issue the credits as promised and back date them.
I really can't believe I have to deal with this again.
Please, please correct.
Thank you.

This is a public forum of other customers, not DirecTV support. Do not post account numbers here (especially since CenturyLink's would be a phone number, even if only assigned for internet service)
Also though your DirecTV service may be combined onto your CenturyLink bill, they are different account numbers as they are still different service providers. DirecTV bills your account to CenturyLink which in turn puts the charges on the next bill they send you. Depends on that timeframe when you would see any credits from your DirecTV service.
To discuss your DirecTV account, you must call them.
