Promotion extention

My bill is about to go up over $30 next month. With this COVID going on we will not be able to afford this. Is there a chance the promotion can be extended or maybe another promotion added? We truly enjoy Directv and have been a customer for quite some time. We just need to cut costs during this rough patch.

Months ago (before Covid) their CEO announced discounts offers are pulled back. Too many customers with excessive discounts is something they are addressing.

 

You can change package at any time. Review channels and see about reducing temporarily, and then raise back up when it is a good fit for you.
