Why after calling 5 different times too every different person does ATT still insist that I owe a balance on my accounts when I have shown them that it was cleared by THEIR finance office, but when I call back then they refuse to discuss any further issues with the account until they get their undeserved ransom money that has already been paid. I have spent over 350 minutes total in all my conversations with them. The last one ended with me hanging up on another cast in stone rep that kept repeating the same garbage all over and over again.
I am done with ATT they need to send all of their employees to Chewy.com for customer service training.
These conversations started in late June and ended in early August.
Anytime you want you can come pick up your equipment ATT.

If you're on Twitter, DM @ATTCares. You get better customer service there than you do by calling.

Will not happen. They do not send techs out to recover equipment/uninstall.
You take any returnable receiver/client boxes to a participating FedEx or UPS store for the free return. If over 10 miles from a participating store, then DirecTV should send you a prepaid return kit. Everything else (cabling, accessories, receiving dish) is customer owned upon install.
You have 21 days from disconnect for the boxes to be back in DirecTV's possession before any non-return fee (NRF) would be charged to the account. If the boxes are non-returnable, then you are free to recycle (remove access card first as you would dispose of securely like a credit card). What models are each of your boxes?
