Your manager for customer service “Zeke”- asked what my issue was. When I began to speak the call was terminated. He has a phone # to reach me and didn’t take the time. I would like to speak to your corporate office

This is a customer to customer forum no one will call you. You have to call them back.

DirecTV is inbound customer support. You call and get the next agent available. When the call ends they move on to the next call. Historically, callbacks are practically non-existent. Plus staffing is severely low with many call centers closed for Covid-19, but no shortage of people who call, so even less likely for callbacks these days.

You can request the mailing address for the "Office of the President", but there is no phone number available to the general public to call as such contact info is internal use only.

This is a public forum, not DirecTV official support. So you still have to call.
