refund on closed account

Hello  -  Changed to Dish and have a negative balance of $30.14 on account   and this is my second request for a refund.

The account is in the name of Gayla and Randy F , Texarkana, AR.  71854 and I would appreciate a check to be sent

to us at that address.

DirecTV doesn't do support by email. And this is a public customer to customer forum, so you shouldn't be posting sensitive personal info here.

 

Call DirecTV if the credit balance has not auto-refunded after 30 days from the end of the bill cycle in which you closed the account.
