Returning equipment

I received a letter stating that I needed to return the equipment we were no longer using since we downsized to a smaller home. The technician took a dvr, a wired small receiver, and the remotes for both boxes when he left on August 31st.

Call DirecTV and verify equipment was taken by tech. They can update the deactivation status on those boxes with that info.
