rising bill

Not happy right now. My bill has gone up by over $20 a month. I waited over an hour for someone to speak with on the phone. Only solution they offered to decrease my bill was to decrease my package. I have been a customer of Direct TV since 2004. Very disappointed. If it keeps going like this looks like I will be getting antenna and booster and save even more money. There is no way to send a message or email via this site and again trying to contact someone on the phone take great patience. Hoping to get some form of a response here. Michelle Wilson

Discounts are a temporary perk, not a way to keep the service affordable. Because of too many people operating at a loss that were skating by with too much discount, their CEO publicly announced they are pulling back on discounts. They don't want to keep customers who's account functions as loss for them.

Sorry, but the reality is that if you cannot afford service without discounts, then you cannot afford it then you should make changes to match your budget instead of expecting the business to pay for you by way of discounts.
