Service

Hi I was in process of remodeling a house so I suspended my service. I thought it was still suspended and was to reactivate once I moved back in. Well I just started moving back in this week and I logged in and see my account is canceled and there’s a big bill due now.

Service can only be suspended for a max of 6 months within a 12 month period. There is a monthly $7 vacation hold.

If account is canceled, then most likely that happened from past due. Either by not paying the hold cost, was longer than 6 months so it reactivated and you weren't paying, or account wasn't suspended to begin with (meaning billing just continued) or even was canceled instead of suspended at that time.

Regardless of the exact reason, you will need to call DirecTV and see about reactivating service (paying bill as needed) and placing a Movers order.
