How can i email directv? Chat is NEVER available. Question is - why do i pay for 17 weeks full season and they give week one FREE to others! I want 1-17th refunded! They always pull this crap and NEVER do anything for existing customers. SO OVER THEM!
If they did not have monopoly on Sunday TIcket - We'd be LONG GONE!

There is no way to email DirecTV. It is either Chat or call.
The NFL Sunday Ticket is one cost for the season. The "free week" is the first Sunday to entice people to get it. It does not discount it being paid for. So those people who got the free preview must pay the same cost when they add it.
