tired of being charged for services I was told would be free.......

For the 5th time since starting my service my bill has come in with a charge for something I was told would be free.... Every time this happens, I'm given a story, told it will be credited and it never happens, then I'm threatened my service will be shut off, or even one time it was because I did not pay the difference for the service that should have been free....I'm tired of this, and ready to cancel my service, who will fix this so I can just pay my bill, and not have to worry any longer?!?!

Until an adjustment is made (if ever) bill is considered valid. By not paying the bill you are subject to late fees and possible service interruption.

 

However, what is the service you are expecting to be free? Since you mention 5th time it sounds like original agent may have mislead you.
