Trying to create a DirecTV account
When I try to create a DirecTV account I enter the account number from the top right of the paper bill I receive and the last name from the same bill and it says it cannot find the account.

Make sure that is a DirecTV only bill. If that is a bill for DirecTV and other services (AT&T, etc.) then that is not the DirecTV account number, but the one for the company that the bill is combined on. If that is the case then you would check your order confirmation from DirecTV or call them to verify your account number.
