unable to create an account on my laptop for my moms DirecTV account

I keep getting an error every time.  I type in her account number and the zip code and I get an error that says "This data is invalid."  I have tried several times but it still gives me an error message.  I even tried a different browser.  And still nothing.  What am I doing wrong?

Where are you signing up? Have you tried a different computer or otherwise device to sign up? Have you ensured that VPNs, ad-blockers, and other antivirus software isn’t installed?

This didn't work.  I have an online Direct tv account on the same laptop that I want to create an account on for my mother.  Does this cause some kind of conflict?

Maybe. Just in case, use Incognito Browser.

Ok. Call DIRECTV and say ‘sign-in help’ to the robot to get everything going.
