Under contract?
How do I find out if I am under contract? I cannot find it anywhere in my account information. I have had them 2 years and it's about up. I do not want to go into another year with them.

Like other companies they don't list the information online. They require a live agent to discuss the situation and see if they can find a solution to retain your business. Call DirecTV and when you get the voice system say "cancel" to route you to the correct department.
If you have concerns about equipment, questions on how billing works, etc. feel free to post back. Sometimes experienced customers can help each other out get the most out of the service and even find solutions.
