Waiting for returning box kit
Nearest fedex or ups store is 60 miles away so I’ve talked to someone that supposedly was sending me the kit for returning the equipment. I’ve done that 2 times and no box kit in site. I know this is typical from what I’ve seen and I’m getting a bit mad. I can see the way they are finding ways to make money because of a late return and I will blow a fuse if a bill shows up in the mail. I know about the amount of time extensions but I don’t believe anything when 2 times they said it’s going to be sent to you and I think they didn’t even attempt to go any farther then the phone conversation to send it. I’m going to drive a 65 miles one way to get it back to the place or what?

What models are each of your boxes? Perhaps they are not returnable.
If returnable and you are over 10 miles away from a participating shipper, then yes the old process of sending a prepaid return kit should be used for any returnable models.
You can double check both shippers to see if there are any participating locations much closer.
Because of shipping delays from Covid-19 (both to you and back), AT&T has increased the return timeframe for their services from 21 days up to 60 days temporarily.
