Waiver Request Broken

I have been attempting to request a waiver for my late fees with DirecTV throughout this week and have found that the URL provided to do this (att.com/waiver) is not currently working across multiple devices and web browsers for me.

When I go to this page I get a screen that says: “We didn’t find services available for your request.”

It has been like this for the last several days that I have checked. The virtual assistant is not at all helpful with this and the other links on the website take me to this same page. Currently I am on the phone with 1-800-288-2020 and I hope that I can get this worked out.

I was wondering if other people are also having this issue or if anyone has any other advice on what to do in this situation.

It has been an issue for a few days. Verify that you can log into your DirecTV account itself, not just AT&T.

Unknown if it is just another issue with the DirecTV and AT&T login migration, system overwhelmed by requests, or something else. Hope it gets resolved over the phone, if they can be of no help (not even info on what is going on), then try the DirecTV customer support number instead if this is specifically for your DirecTV account.
