Was called a name by a phone rep
I was called the N word by a representative of direct tv and at&t and it seems no one cared enough to try to correct anything but they sent me a disconnection bill like I was suppose to stay around after being talked to crazy. What can I do abt this..

Judging all because of one? That is in the same basic genre as the "N" word or other such statements. One agent messed up rather badly, I agree. However this is not the company as a whole disrespecting you. If that call was monitored, or perhaps captured and reviewed later, that sounds like grounds for immediate termination as that would be a zero tolerance policy for that behavior.
No company is immune from a bad employee, as there is no such perfection in existence. You would have to cancel every service you possibly have and never purchase anything from anyone ever again to never deal with a company that has ever had a bad apple.

Being called foul names was wrong, but I don't see how that affects your disconnection. I'm assuming the disconnection would be for non-payment. If you know the name and call center of the person who said that, call AT&T customer service and make a complaint. Maybe that person will get fired. But you're still going to have to pay your bill.

Being insulted by an rep is wrong. You should call DirecTV and request a supervisor to submit a complaint on that bad agent.
However, that has no affect on your billing as you still pay for your service as normal either way. Even if you disconnect, you still have to clear out the balance as normal as that is your financial responsibility.

Never had a bill pay issue. Bill was always paid before time just felt why do business with a someone who feels the need to be disrespectful. Well guess I spend my money more on where I'm respected.

Don't blow it out of proportion. In no way is it AT&T policy to call a customer the N-word. The entire company didn't call you the N-word, and if that call was monitored, the person who said it would probably be written up if not fired immediately. That was a rogue employee who lost his/her temper and broke company policy.
You can switch companies if you like but it won't be over this.
