Website not working
The website is not working when attempting to remove my premium channels. The website indicates "removing" but nothing happens. When clicking on "review changes" it simple loops back to the "Manage your tv subscriptions"

You’ll need to call in to remove them. Call DIRECTV (number in my greeting below) and say ‘billing’ to the robot to be sent to the right department.

That would work if the 800-531-5000 customer support number worked. It hangs up when transferring the call to another department

Have you tried the numbers? If they don’t work there’s either something wrong with your phone or another issue.

Apparently directv is having some technical difficulties right now. If you wait it out it should be fixed within the next couple hours hopefully.
