What is the mailing address for directv customer service.

Customer service itself does not have a mailing address for the general public. Used to be you could call and request the address for the Office of the President, which was their corporate level, if you wanted to use written communication. As of now, if you submit a BBB/FCC complaint, that goes to the corporate level.

Though this is a public forum, some of us customers (and the occasional employee off-the-clock), can provide useful information and guidance in many situations. To see if we might be able to help, what is the situation?

What are the mailing addresses for the Better Business Bureau and Federal Communications Commission? I have a packet of documentation I need to send, copies to both offices. Thanks.

Well if you go to their websites they have their options provided. There is a link to submitting a BBB complaint on their home page. Easy to find if you just Google (or your preferred web search).
