Where's the "need more time to pay" option? It disappeared!

Where did this feature go? I cannot find it ANYWHERE!

That's just dumb...another reason to switch to YouTube. They used to have a link on the payment page where you could select a date and make a promise to pay.  I'm done with this company after more than 20 years! Thanks for the info.

First AT&T acquired DirecTV and now they have added in a new co-owner which once again separates DirecTV into its own category (though still under the AT&T umbrella). As such the website and options are going through an overhaul again. Naturally some functionality may not be available while they work on all the updates.

You want to switch YouTube because you must talk to a live person? That sounds like a scary way to live. Regardless of that topic, only you can decide if streaming or satellite TV is the best option for you. But if you choose provider based on dealing with live people or not and options to pay late, you have other concerns to reevaluate that I feel are more important than who your TV provider is.
