Unless a regional sports network is "yours", all professional sports will be blacked out. If you want to watch them you have to subscribe to the relevant sports package (like MLB Extra Innings).
If in-market, it should only blackout if the game is on a local channel (they can get the rights to specific games), or is a weekend game that covers under ESPN or FOX rights (MLB is unique with the weekend game rights). Also you only automatically have in-market RSNs if you are in Choice or higher.
However if out-of-market, so you getting the channel with the Sports Pack, then you will never get the games on that channel. Professional games are blacked out for all out-of-market viewers on the RSN. Instead to watch the games you would need the MLB Extra Innings.

First of all is the YES network in-market for you? www.directv.com/rsn
