why can't i see service address on bill

I need to submit my DTV bills to my company for expense reimbursement. I have tried many times to get an answer as to why DTV will now NOT include a service address on their billing. They tell me it's because of streaming, so they don't know nor care about the home address/service address. Does anyone know how to get this accomplished? A co-worker of mine still gets a bill from AT&T that has DTV billing on it, and includes her home address. She said that she is also paperless. Not sure why it's different if we live not even 5 miles away from each other. 

Side note, called the help line and a woman named Crystal told me that she entered the address onto the billing platform and it "would take 20 minutes for it to appear on the billing webpage". Doubtful, I had her walk me through where it would pop up as any additional fields would be a back-end fix. She totally lied to me to get me off the phone. I wasn't angry at all. She could barely hear me with all the noise in the backgroud so she was frustrated.
