why lie to your customer, false advertisement

to whom it may concern:

this is the issue ,I  i received a couple of  email from at&t - Direct tv-that they can do 70% of my pass due balance, i call friday 8.20.21 , - though i was paying out  $374.55- 70% is 101.22. actually to my surprice i found out they with draw from my  card  with out my authorization$ 374.55. nothing of the $101.22 that i though i was paying happen.. i been making numerous of call for my money to return to the card  use, im upset frustrated iwth direct tv im not interested in there service, i ask them to collect the $101.22 an suspend the account, this si what actually they said, we cannot suspend you account you need to be in a 1 year paln or two year plan...LOL

Never heard of DTV making that kind of offer so it maybe a scam.

it's a discretionary leniency offer for eligible customers, they should've transferred you to collections department to process the payment
