had to register card at login.wirecard.com   once registered i selected transfer funds sent me a security code and was able to transfer funds to bank acct

Nobody  here can do that. We're customers, not employees.  You must call DirecTV .... 1 800 531 5000

If you have a Wirecard, then ginmac above posted the details that you have to login to Wirecard's website. Otherwise for requesting a refund from your account you must call DirecTV.

This is a public forum with no access to your funds. Instead of posting every few minutes the same thing, allow for a response or even read the prior posts as your question may already be answered.

Question already answered in posts before yours. Go to Wirecard's site to see about transferring the balance. DirecTV is no part of that process.

I have a Directv Prepaid Mastercard with a balance of $5.45 and would like to have a paper check sent to me.. How do I do that.
