I have been asked to return your equipment. I no longer have AT&T or direct tv . I returned the equipment at a UPS store in Prior Lake, MN on 2/4/2020. The return referenced # is (Edited to remove personal information). Device serial number was (Edited to remove personal information).

This is a forum of other customers so we have no access to your account. Anyway you don't notify DirecTV of returning equipment. Just hold onto your receipt. You only call them if they don't register it returned and charge a non-return fee (NRF).
