Anyway to reactivate a room online?

OK- we have 4 rooms in the house, Living room and 3 bedrooms. All of them had receivers at one time but the one in what is now my office was shut off---I THINK--- a while back. I tried to put the box that was in my room in here and it is stuck on searching for satellite signal. Is there anyway I can like reactivate this room online?
