bad business practice

We needed a new dish but working with ATT was a royal pain.  The rep didn't speak good enough English and we received many texts and emails.  The tech they sent was wonderful.  The survey sent later included a question about our satisfaction with ATT.  Of course, we answered unsatisfied.  As a result, ATT paid the tech contractor a lower amount.  Our low rating had nothing to do with Jonathan who was the best tech you could hope for but with the inability to have a business like transaction over the phone..

This practice is deceiving, unfair to the sub contractor and makes ATT party to unfair business practices.  There must be some rule had would prohibit asking a dumb question about our satisfaction with ATT during an evaluation of a subcontractor.

I would file a BBB/FCC complaint on that one. Tech shouldn't get paid less because of a poor customer support experience. That I agree is unjust.
